The small business owner or owner in the making

The most common client we see (especially for the first time) on a regular basis, is the small business owner or owner in the making, and the conversation typically begins with questions like "How do I organize my bookkeeping and monthly financial statements" and "How do I apply for a loan for my business"? While answers to these questions should typically be straight forward, the opposite is often the case.  This is because many small business owners have registered their businesses themselves or paid someone else who, in many cases, is neither an accountant nor familiar with the types of business entities in the United States. We have seen businesses that should have been registered as a Sole Member LLC but registered as a Partnership, and vice versal. In cases like these, we may still be able to edit and resubmit their applications to the IRS, while in some cases we simply just cancel the incorrect registration and submit a new one.
Whether you've been in business for a while or just starting out, please, call us today at (614) 706-6686.

Corvid-19 (Corona Virus) Update from CDC

  • KP.3.1.1, a descendant of KP.3, is the top variant in the United States, representing 54–60% of viruses nationally, and increases have slowed.

  • XEC, a hybrid of two JN.1 variants, represents 14–22% of viruses and is increasing.

  • MC.1, a descendant of KP.3.1.1, represents 3–7% of viruses and is increasing.

We are closely monitoring these developments, and would like to assure everyone that it is safe to do business with us. For those clients who don't feel comfortable coming into our offices, virtual meetings using "Zoom" is highly welcome.
